PURPOSE
To CONNECT, EQUIP and EMPOWER
high school students who feel called to Christian ministry.
CONNECT
Next-Gen Leaders will connect students with like-minded peers through regular virtual meetings, with an adult spiritual mentor that will help guide and direct them, and with influential church leaders.
EQUIP
Next-Gen Leaders will equip students with knowledge and skills to operate in their ministry calling. Church leaders will teach and share personal wisdom and insight during the virtual meetings. Students will be resourced with books and other study materials to help prepare them for ministry.
EMPOWER
Next-Gen Leaders will empower students to begin operating in ministry during the high school season of life. NGL will work alongside students and their local church to facilitate opportunities to serve.
